Summary/Abstract: In order to guarantee the protection of privacy and personal data, the supervising activities undertaken by the employer in relation to the employee’s activity must be brought to the knowledge of the latter in an effective manner, prior to their performance, in a manner presenting the monitoring activity and its extent, and it is also necessary that this interference be proportional to the value whose protection is sought.
