Summary/Abstract: The Covid-19 crisis, which has seriously affected almost all sectors, especially the health sector, worldwide since 2020, has made crisis and crisis management more valuable. In this study, it has been decided to deal with the crisis and crisis management approaches of the managers who direct the development and progress of health institutions and control the institution. The sample of this study, which has a cross-sectional, descriptive and inferential nature, has been selected via convenience sampling method. The data has been obtained with a crisis management questionnaire consisting of 10 questions and a crisis management scale consisting of 45 statements. Target population of the study consists of all directors of hospitals working in Şanlıurfa, and the sample consists of 36 people, including the head physician, 1 hospital manager, 1 assistant deputy physician and 1 director of hospital, working in these 9 hospitals. Considering the results of the study, there was no significant difference between the crisis management scale score averages of the education level of the administrators, their participation in in-service training programs, their age, working time in the current position, the current position, the type of hospital they work (public-private) and the gender of the administrators.
