Summary/Abstract: In the modern stage of globalization, as a result of the unprecedented development of scientific and economic progress, the scale of the world economy is growing very fast, which is accompanied by the threat of "alienation" of people. The danger is always in the irrational use of knowledge and capabilities due to the technical and technological innovations. Technical progress must be managed thoughtfully and for the benefit of the people. The COVID-19 pandemic processes have brought about significant changes in the socio-economic development of countries and have highlighted an importance of the role of state. Modern scientific and technical innovations requires updates in a shorter period of time. According to the conclusion of the research: the goal should be the perfection of man, his abilities and not the unlimited development of artificial intelligence; In the context of technical civilization, only progress should be encouraged that fits and suits human interests and is conceived within the capacity of human adaptation.
