Summary/Abstract: The diplomatic relationships between Romania and Yugoslavia between 1960-1980 had been dominated by the idea of building the hydroelectric system on the Danube river at Portile de Fier. The Yugoslav intelligence tried to find out the real relationship between Bucharest and Moscow, on one side and Bucharest and USA, on the other side. In the late 70’s the diplomatic relationships between Romania and Yugoslavia improved.
