Summary/Abstract: The constant tendency of reuniting the individual within some communities, which evolved from the tribal to the state level, was also manifested in the plan of activities specific to industrial property, where the author of technical solutions began with constant character to appear increasingly developed associative forms, in which he joined in various ways, but also as an employee, a perspective from which arose the need to clarify the owner of the intellectual creation: the employing unit or the employee inventor.
