Summary/Abstract: The present work intends to serve as a glossary of some terms from narrative work. We will focus on the terms mentioned in the title. I.e. „identity“, „problem“, „absent but implicit“ and „narrative work“ (meaning psychotherapeutic work). We want to place the general terms („problem“, „identity“) within the framework of narrative work and use them to clarify the special terms („absent but implicit“). And vice versa: to describe the special method of narrative psychotherapy work as a background to illuminate the notion of some of the most general terms in our field.
