Summary/Abstract: When we consider the future of human rights and whether they will be considered more or less important in the years to come, many potential challenges come to mind: climate change, nationalism, inequality, growing authoritarianism and, last but not least, crises. Finally, many of these different threats are interlinked in complex ways - for example, inequality has stimulated nationalism, and climate change can increase inequality.
