Summary/Abstract: Through the theory of framing and through the criticism of institutionalized system of journalism the author analyses the process of gaining the influence in public deliberation. Examination of techniques of rationalized persuasion reveals that the strategy to contest the salience and resonance of competitive discourses first implies expansion of actors’ realm of influence and only latter its justification, which means that actors with communicative intentions are in application of persuasive means aligned with strategic actors.
