A Field Study Aimed at Teacher Opinions on Strategic Planning Applications in Educational Institutions

Summary/Abstract: During the preparation of this study, the literature was first examined and the methodology was established using national and international periodicals, scientific research and basic application sources. Descriptive method was used as the research method and descriptive research was chosen as the research type. The aim of the research is to create teachers working in public schools operating under the Ministry of National Education in the Bakırköy district of Istanbul province. Among these teachers, 120 teachers selected by random sampling method constitute the sample of Dec research. The data obtained from the participants were analyzed with the SPSS program and the findings were reached, and conclusions and suggestions were made based on these.
