Summary/Abstract: The article examines the phenomenon of discursive identity, its nature and sources of the formation. Attributive characteristics of the discursive identity such as plasticity and processuality, interactive nature and it’s embedment into the broad cultural context, fragmentation, and decentralization of the subject are studied. Also, the interrelations between subject's autonomy and discursive identity are considered.
