THE IMPORTANCE OF TOLERANCE IN THE PROCESS OF INTERACTION BETWEEN A TEACHER AND A STUDENT IN A HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION

Summary/Abstract: The aim of research is to emphasize the importance of creating a space in the newest educational environment where academic, social and emotional goals are united, where there is no bias, but there is harmony between difference, equality and fairness of all participants in the educational process. Methodology. Descriptive and comparative methods of analysis were used in the study. Scientific novelty. The advantages of pedagogical technologies are shown. They not only focus on the constant desire to improve academic performance and tasks to acquire professional competencies, but also form a learning relationship between teacher and student in positions of tolerance, which will ensure further respect for human rights and dignity in future careers. Conclusions. This approach enhances the socio-emotional development of both teachers and students, develops tolerance, in particular as a significant component of quality educational and medical services. Prospects for further exploration. Dynamic analysis of the level of tolerance of students by methods of questionnaires and testing using situational tasks.
