Summary/Abstract: In this work we explore retelling/ transformation of the biblical text into genres of literature for children. The result should be a blueprint for optimal model ‘retelling’ the biblical text into a form readable by child recipient, i.e. pupil who mastered reading in his or her native language. For a reader it means, that his ability to read indicates with reading also ability to interpret.
