Summary/Abstract: The article highlights the emergence and development of value-based management in the conditions of socio-economic transformations. A retrospective analysis was carried out, the main stages of the formation of value-based management in enterprises were outlined. Integration trends of value-based management development, taking into account process, system, interdisciplinary and sectoral approaches have been investigated.
