Summary/Abstract: The lack of loyalty in terms of fundamental law of state - the constitution - not only makes it almost impossible to implement it under certain aspects, but even suppresses the exercise of fundamental rights and freedoms, thus depriving the democratic and liberal societies of the right to respect those values assigned to them. Consecutively, unfair behavior towards constitutional law is, in the foreground, reflected in legal dysfunction meant to compromise not only the principle of the separation of powers in the state, but also collaboration between institutions, generating a blockage in the sphere of power and civil society.
