Summary/Abstract: Environmental protection and sustainable development are achieved through a lot of levels and directions of action, one of them being the creation of a less polluted urban environment by building / rehabilitating buildings so that they meet a high standard of energy performance through the energy certification procedure. This requires an adequate legislative framework, clear and easily implementable public policies by public authorities and raising the interest of users in this construction / rehabilitation and certification processes by providing concrete benefits.
