Summary/Abstract: The moral damage is one of the most complex type of dameges that a person can suffer. The person who suffered moral damage has the right of compensation. Most of the doctrinaires believe that moral damage cannot be estimated and also cannot be evaluated. The moral persons can suffer moral damages. The forms of manifestation are examined in the light of The European Court of Human Rights. The legal persons can suffer moral damages as a result of the violation of freedom of expression.
