Summary/Abstract: Preliminary results of the scientific research into the interaction between human self-awareness and existing socio-economic relations in the face of scare resources, which can be used in various ways, are presented. An attempt has been made to present the process of institutional transformations in society as a result of the interaction between mind (individual, collective) and existing socio-economic relations.
