Summary/Abstract: The research of the past of the Serbian nobility in the area of Banat takes a significant place in the research work of those who dedicated themselves to this important topic. Serbo-Armanian nobility played a significant role in the framework of the Habsburg Monarchy, and is of great importance to every noble family commanded attention. This would also complete the picture and pronounce a credible attitude about the role of the nobility in society. The smaller noble families, as with the Damaskin family, are almost imperceptibly out of the historical stage without any trace. The very significance of these families and the presentation of several data about them are trying to get rid of the forgetfulness and the smallest part of the Serbian social elite from Banat.
