Summary/Abstract: One of the basic methods of preventing the occurrence of excessive musculoskeletal load at the workplace are ergonomic interventions. The aim of this article is to present intervention strategies that prevent the development of musculoskeletal disorders in relation to office workplaces. Intervention strategies aimed at optimizing body position during work and reducing sitting time during work were presented.
