Summary/Abstract: The socio-psychological climate in the kindergarten is a mechanism for effective realization of the educational goals. Socio-psychological theory devotes an important place to the interaction between people in the various groups or teams in which they participate. The philosophy of personnel management reveals its main characteristics in the harmonization of the relationship between the employee and the employer.
