ANALYSIS and EVALUATION OF THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE TERRITORIES LIBERATED FROM THE OCCUPATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN

Summary/Abstract: Sustainable development is an important economic problem facing society. The prospect of increasing high-tech industries in the economy is based on changes and innovations in the expansion of scientific research. The purpose of the thesis is to develop scientifically based recommendations for the transition to sustainable development in the liberated territories of the republic. Generalization, observation and grouping, economic-mathematical, comparative analysis, systematic and statistical analysis methods were used in the research process. Information for research was selected from the scientific works of leading local and international scientists in the economy, newspaper and magazine articles, general economic literature on the topic relevant to the field of research. Due to the liberation of the territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan 2 years before the Armenian occupation, there were a number of restrictions on the research due to the lack of practical information. The proposals here are the basis for the implementation of economic measures by the state. The results can be used in the preparation of priority areas for economic development of the liberated territories, in the practice of government agencies, regional reform programs in the country.
