MODERN MECHANISMS OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF DISTANCE EDUCATION IN AZERBAIJAN AND THEIR EVALUATION

Summary/Abstract: The question of how the decline in education caused by the COVID-19 pandemic will affect learning is important. There are various forms of distance education and more and more types of online education are used. The predominance of education among the areas most affected by the pandemic makes it appropriate to examine the research topic. However, recent studies have not examined the relationship between the education system in Azerbaijan and the effects of the pandemic. The fact that the epidemic has entered our lives in the last two years explains this. It aims to study the problems encountered in the organization of distance education in Azerbaijan during the pandemic. Questionnaire method was used during the research. The survey included students, students, teachers and parents using educational services. Due to the relevance of the research topic during the pandemic process, internet resources were preferred as the research database. Pandemic conditions are a major limitation of research. Also, the financial cost of conducting surveys is one of the main constraints. The study revealed how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected education and people's education lives, and what gaps there are.
