Summary/Abstract: COVID-19, which emerged and expanded quickly in Wuhan, China, has had a considerable influence on the world and the nation's economy. The World Health Organization's Director-General declared COVID-19 an infection beginning March 11, 2020, claiming a considerable rise in the virus's rate of spread and a failure by authorities to take the required precautions. The COVID-19 pandemic is a health outbreak, and it is necessary to keep in mind the required precautions until the crisis has passed. Countries' quarantine and other procedures are limitations for this. However, the influences on communication between individuals and entities coming from actions to control the health issue are unfavorable. The purpose of this study is to discuss the restrictions of COVID-19 epidemic-related actions on the people’s and organizations’ communication. It represents some findings related to communication obstacles and offers some solutions. In the final stage it recommends some new ideas related to further researches which can be very helpful for scholars of this or similar topics.
