Summary/Abstract: Through technology, the Covid 19 epidemic and changing employee demands, remote working has become increasingly common around the world. Research on the subject is increasing. In countries where remote work practices have been going on for a long time, more research has been done on the subject and widespread practices have been developed. For this reason, the relevant literature and various practical research will help to better understand the concept of remote work. In this direction, the present study aimed to listen and convey the different views and experiences of employees about remote working. As a result of the interviews, it has been observed that the ideas of each employee change depending on their experiences, their perspectives on life and the organizations they work for.
