Summary/Abstract: Digitalization in the era of modern society is part of the development of the world in the progressive plan of evolution. The key to innovation is in its proper implementation, both in society as a whole and in business. By the end of 2030, a new stage of challenges in a global aspect is forthcoming, and successful managers should put in order the new technologies and traditional successful practices of „analog“ type, combining them in the field of current consumer expectations.
