Summary/Abstract: An ethnological analysis is made in the article of the approach in drawing up and the contents of the ethnopolitical dictionary which has already been published in this country. While taking into account its numerous positive aspects, the author is of the opinion that at the basis of the shortcomings allowed in working out a number of its articles stands the failure to grasp and the underrating of the nature and the complicated interrelations between the ethnoses in Bulgaria’s contemporary society. It is pointed out that the Bulgarian ethnos at present is a modern organized national community of an organic type with intricately structured socio-anthropological and societal characteristics and parameters, and precisely as such it develops its attitude towards the minority ethnic groups it incorporates. It is emphasized that solely on this basis and on that of the individual rights and liberties of the Bulgarian citizens guaranteed in the Constitution may be solved the questions of the equality between the ethnic groups and their rights. Stress is laid on the need for a positive approach in forming the attitude of the young people towards the Bulgarian spiritual values and the State Constitution in the process of their civil education.
