Summary/Abstract: The subject of the report is provoked from the accumulation of significant quantities of materials (anthropomorphic and zoomorphic figurines and cult objects) from prehistoric sacral sites excavated at the last several years in the Bulgarian lands. Scarcely regarded is the problem concerning the attributes of the deities and the cult objects/cult inventory, their depositing as sacrificial gifts within the ritual complexes and their conscious burying. As it concerns the subject of the present report it isn’t obligatory to be represented a full catalogue of the finds and the sites where they had been found. It would be the objective of future specialized and detailed study including description and recognition of the finds from all considered sites. Anthropomorphic idols is usually discovered in: - Real burials of women and men. - Symbolical burials. - Burials of idols (data from the archaeological researches of Varna Chalcolotic Necropolis and the necropolis discovered near The Big Island, village of Durankulak, Dobrich district). - Sanctuaries (pit complexes and extra-mural sanctuaries). Nation, tribe or a man will bury it’s main deity. Even in the Christianity the Son of God is held three days on the cross and only one day in the grave. It is different story with the case of the prophets but they always have been suffering” (Fol, A. 1990: 53–55).
