Summary/Abstract: The relevance of the problem interpreted in this article stems from the fact that the main goal of training is to create competencies necessary for the full realization of the individual in society. The Vocational Education and Training Act 2014 defines dual training. It is "a form of partnership between a vocational school, vocational college or vocational training center and one or more employers, which includes: practical training in a real work environment, and training in a vocational school, vocational college or vocational training center."
