Summary/Abstract: The recent Covid-19 pandemic has brought many challenges, but it has also led us to consider a number of innovative strategies for finding solutions. The World Health Organization has implemented a wide range of measures to control the pandemic. The coronavirus has caused serious damage to people, both materially and socio-psychologically. However, in order to minimize the damage, a number of states and companies have adopted new bills and begun to apply laws and regulations. The main structural force that drives the business is the worker. The Human Resources Department is responsible for solving the problems faced by employees and implementing motivational measures to optimize their work. Due to the pandemic, radical changes are taking place in the personnel policy of companies, and one of the goals is to work in coordination with each other and to regulate the work-life balance. Remote work of employees, holding online meetings, expansion of online business areas, introduction of new technologies, etc. Management of such changes is one of the main priorities of the relevant department.
