Summary/Abstract: The necessity of an ordering and a coordinating vision of politics is as considerable in the late modernity, as in another moments of history. A way of accomplishing this need is provided by the old ethical-political pattern. The need of justice, despite of the differences of perspectives, remains no less acute, regardless of any factual/ cultural placement in the horizons postmodern/postmodernism, tradition/traditionalism, modern/modernism. Hereby, the perspectives of a postmodern ethics are not missing, the projects for founding a theory of a postmodern justice are as much present, but all of these seem to be rather inconsistent.
