Corruption in the land sector has had a very negative impact on the socioeconomic life of Vietnam. Therefore, this article will point out common types of corruption in the land sector in Vietnam to take appropriate prevention measures. The article also analyzes measures to handle corrupt acts and provides solutions to improve Vietnamese law on this issue.
