Summary/Abstract: The upbringing style in the family plays a key role in the social adaptation and overall development of a child. In order to support the adolescent to identify as autonomous and well-established person with high self-esteem, the parents` style of behavior and attitude toward them should be adequate for their age. Consulting a child development specialist provides good indication of the child`s mental state and give guidelines on the proper upbringing influence in order to build a harmonious personality.
