Summary/Abstract: Following the pandemic emergency of February 2020, the University of Pisa adopted various strategies and solutions to allow teaching courses to continue. Within these guidelines, addressed to the entire academic community, each lecturer, also on the basis of his or her past experience, has adopted real 'survival strategies' to be able to continue their lectures. In this article we will examine the general measures adopted by the university and a particular case related to the Visual Sociology course held at the Department of Political Science of the University of Pisa.
