Considerations regarding the legal maintenance obligation between parents and children

Summary/Abstract: The present study examines several important aspects of the legal maintenance obligation between parents and children, such as the applicant for the forced execution of the legal obligation to support a child and the individual creditor who is a party to a dispute concerning the challenge to the forced execution filed by the debtor of the legal maintenance obligation, the expenses incurred with the maintenance of a child that can be considered as part of the legal maintenance obligation, the amounts of money that can be forced executed for the legal maintenance obligation between parents and children and the solutions that can be rendered by the guardianship court. The research consists in the analysis of the legal provisions applicable to these issues both from theoretical and practical perspectives.
