Summary/Abstract: The purpose of study is to determine the effect of ethical leadership on innovative work behavior and to investigate whether affective commitment plays a mediating role between these two variables. The sample of this research consisted of 333 of employees working in textile enterprises. The results of with the AMOS package program, which is frequently used in structural equation model testing, it is determined that affective commitment plays a partial mediating role on the interaction between ethical leadership and innovative work behavior. As a result of the analysis, it is found that ethical leadership has a positive interaction with innovative work behavior. It has been determined that ethical leadership has no relation and effect with affective commitment, and emotional commitment with innovative work behavior. As a result, affective commitment does not play a mediating role in this relationship. The findings of the research were interpreted in the conclusion part and relevant suggestions were presented.
