Trade Relations Between Bulgaria and the United Arab Emirates

Summary/Abstract: The article examines Bulgaria’s trade relations with the United Arab Emirates (UAE), analyzing the dynamics, geographical and commodity structure of trade with these countries. The aim of the study is to present a brief but comprehensive analysis of Bulgaria’s trade relations with the UAE to outline the opportunities for Bulgarian business that this relatively unknown and quite neglected in recent decades country reveals. Based on the analysis, the opportunities offered by the region are identified in order to formulate recommendations for expanding and deepening the presence of Bulgarian companies at this market.
