Summary/Abstract: The law about the name and the division of the Kingdom into administrative territories, octroited on October 3rd 1929, occupies a special place in the abundant legislative activity after the re-establishing of the dictatorship on January 6th 1929. The common fundamental aim of all these acts was the codification of autocracy in the Yugoslav Monarchy and legalization of the corresponding politics.
