Catechetical priorities in the current pastoral activity

Summary/Abstract: The present study draws attention to the need to revive the Orthodox catechesis, in the form of a live and direct dialogue. To this end, the author presents a subchapter from his own Catechetics Course: The Weekly Dialogue. He also recommends a balance between the method of classical catechesis and the methods of modern catechesis, by digital means. In order to use the classical catechesis, the author presents a structural model: Catechesis on catechesis. As for the modern one, we have the doctoral thesis of an apprentice, Pr. lect. Liviu Vidican-Manci from Cluj. For a good pastoral-catechetical orientation, the study includes four models of analytical programs, taken from the university space. For thematic examples, the author presents a list of 100 themes, experienced in the church of St. Ilie- Gorgani from Bucharest which is developed in the two volumes of Pastoral Catechesis for all to understand (vol. I - 2012; vol. II - 2016).
