Impact of Modern Public Administration Services on the Financial Security of Selected Social Groups

Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the correlation between financial security and the use of banking services of the elderly population in polish society, paying particular attention to modern services offered today by public administration entities. This article discusses the issue of the use of banking services, its level and what influences it in the era of electronic services, such as online and mobile banking and e-Services. Attention was also paid to the problem of the influence of demographic phenomena on the level of the use of banking services. Moreover, the level of digitisation in the EU countries was presented.
