Summary/Abstract: The legacy of J. A. Comenius can be overlooked not only in the field of education, but also in many other areas of human activity and knowledge. His work was and still is th inspiration and motivation for the Department of Media Studies of the J. A. Comenius University in Prague, which develops the legacy of the thinker, philosopher, theologian, „teacher of nations“ in its study programs. It thus offers a correction of human affairs“ in the current media „labyrinth“ as a starting point for the formation of today‘s man for a better tomorrow and for finding oneself in the „paradise of the heart“.
