Legal discourse, interpretation and argumentation. Some comments

Summary/Abstract: The issues of legal interpretation aroused and still arouses great interest in both the practice and science of law. Traditional legal topics are still in common use, but the theory of law seeks a foundation for them in the principles of public communication, modifying them for the purposes of interpreting normative texts. Nowadays, the most attention is paid in this regard to the so-called maxims and implicatures of Paul Grice.
