Summary/Abstract: With the expansion of the opportunities for access to information, the opportunities of the teachers to provide quality content in the educational and training processes also increase. More information means more responsibilities. The biggest responsibility for the content delivered by teachers is the copyright, which goes along with the information that is used for the needs of the educational work and the content that is presented to the students. In this aspect, it is important for the teachers to know the rights and obligations they have regarding copyrights as an object of intellectual property, in their role as users, and at the same time as creators of content that can receive protection.
