THE THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF THE ISSUANCE AND CONTROL OF BULGARIAN IDENTITY DOCUMENTS AND POLICE CONTROL OF POPULATION IN BULGARIA

Summary/Abstract: This article is dedicated to the main concepts related to the issuance and control of Bulgarian identity documents and the control of population migration in the Republic of Bulgaria. These are concepts such as "identity document", "migration", "emigration" and "immigration", "address", "address registration" and others. These concepts are the basis of the current legal acts and documents that regulate the control carried out by the police authorities of the movement of the population on the territory of the country.
