THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF THE USE OF PHYSICAL FORCE AND AIDS BY THE POLICE AUTHORITIES IN THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA

Summary/Abstract: This article is dedicated to the basic concepts related to the use of physical force and aids used by police authorities. It is a question of a differentiated consideration of "physical force", "assistance means", as well as the collective concept of "physical force and aids". It is emphasized that there is a lack of legal definition of these concepts and the need, as well as the importance of their clarification from the point of view of the legal regulation in the Law on the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
