Summary/Abstract: The Jewish problem was transferred from the Christianity into the Islam, from Europe into Palestine. However, it had not ceased to be the European problem, since the Middle East was the area of the most famous world routes, and the beginning of the Twentieth century saw its growing importance with a discovery of the world’s large reserves of mineral raw materials.
