Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the identification of four fragments of commentaries of the Gospel, which are part of the Daniel subgroup of the Uvarov group of the Serbian version of Kormchaia Book. The first two fragments are excerpts from the Explanatory Gospel of Theophylact of Bulgaria (in two different translations), the second go back to the Teaching Gospel of Konstantin Preslavsky. The inclusion of these fragments in the composition of Kormchaia occurred, in all probability, in the St. Joseph Volokolamsk monastery, where Daniel was hegumen in 1515–1521, simultaneously with the compilation of the version itself.
