Summary/Abstract: Judo is one the most practiced, popular sports in the world, as well as in Bulgaria. The rapid development and promotion of Judo is primarily due to the dynamics, beauty and versatility of this sport. Judo is a sport with a very complex motor activity, which manifests itself in constantly changing extreme conditions both during training and in racing. By practicing judo techniques, motor skills, habits, protective actions and motor skills are built to preserve the live and health of both citizens and the police themselves in the performence of their professional duties. Good and systematic work ensures fast adoption of the technique. Judo techniques training, unlike a number of other sports disciplines, has its own peculiarities. The movements in them could be attributed to the group of movements characterized by both stability and at the same time maximum variation.
