Authorities for the control of the activities with weapons, ammunitions and explosive substances

Summary/Abstract: In the Republic of Bulgaria the activities with weapons,ammunitions and explosive substance are done by state authorities, which activity is connected with the protection of the sociality and the national security. But such activities are done from the bulgarian citizens, citizens of the other countries, natural people and legal entities (traders), etc. with a special permission. This research is directed at the state authorities for control of the second group of persons, wich activity is to settle the Law for the weapons, ammunitions and explosive substances and pyrotechnic articles. These state authorities will be identified and studied by their competencies, structures and opportunities for realization of the control activities.
