Deontology of Teamwork in the Nowaday Context of Work at Home

Summary/Abstract: Man, as a social being, integrates in different groups, depending on the activity, and adapts his behavior according to the role he plays in the formal or informal group in which he finds himself. In the case of teamwork, it is necessary a certain coordination of individual activities, the establishment of restrictions and / or competencies to work together in the cooperation of team members, provided that each member is individually stimulated to the performance of the team. Starting with 2020, the transfer of employees' activities in their home environment (work from home or telework) has determined on the one hand the security of staff in terms of health, but the social distance has generated some disruptions in the case of activities in work teams and taking over additional activities by some team members, either for technical reasons (home facilities do not allow certain activities), or for organizational reasons. The research in this study aims to identify, in the current legal framework of work from home, the measures by which employers can change the duties of employees during employment, respectively legal framework that allows or requires the employer to opt for work at home / telework.
