Issues relating to the delimitation of the regulatory areas of organic laws in Constitutional Court case law

Summary/Abstract: The multitude of complaints to the constitutional litigations Court by which the initiators solicit the law’s unconstitutional character ascertainment that has derived from its misplaced framing into an unsuitable field of the organic law, reveals in practice the presence of some difficulties in establishing the category of law or the area of organic law regarding certain legislative solutions. Through an extensive jurisprudence, the Constitutional Court has significantly contributed to the separation of areas for organic law, especially of those with a more generic framing.
